The registration for this conference is now open. The Early-Bird Registration Fee will be EUR 575 and will apply to all registrations received by August 15.  Past that date the fee will be EUR 675.  This fee will include lunches, coffee breaks, the conference dinner on Tuesday night and daily transport to and from the conference hotel to the conference location.

The Conference Registration Form can be downloaded here and once completed uploaded in this folder.   Upon receipt of the form an invoice for the registration fee (plus BTW for registrations from within The Netherlands) will be sent to the e-mail address provided on the form.  At the same time information about registration at the conference hotel in Arnhem will be provided.
